Sie möchten ein Visum für einen Deutschkurs an der VHS Oldenburg beantragen? Wir unterstützen Sie mit weiteren Informationen zur Anmeldung.

Die Intensivkurse und Superintensivkurse umfassen mindestens 20 Unterrichtsstunden pro Woche. Damit erfüllen sie die Anforderungen für ein Sprachkursvisum (nationales Visum Typ D). Bitte informieren Sie sich bei der zuständigen Botschaft/Konsulat nach den genauen Bedingungen.
Nach der Anmeldung und der Zahlung der Kursgebühr erstellen wir gern eine Bestätigung für den gewünschten Zeitraum (maximal 1 Jahr).
Die VHS Oldenburg kann nicht garantieren, dass die Anmeldebestätigung von den deutschen Botschaften/Konsulaten akzeptiert wird. Bitte planen Sie ausreichend Zeit für die Visabeantragung ein.
Falls Sie nicht rechtzeitig wie geplant kommen können, informieren Sie uns bitte vor Kursbeginn per E-Mail. Dann können wir Ihre Anmeldung verschieben. Sie können die Anmeldung auch stornieren. Dann berechnen wir eine Verwaltungsgebühr von 25€. Die restlichen Kursgebühren überweisen wir zurück.
So melden Sie sich an:
- Bitte füllen Sie dieses Formular aus.
- Sie bekommen eine einfache Anmeldebestätigung mit Informationen zur Zahlung der Kursgebühr per E-Mail.
- Bitte zahlen Sie die Kursgebühr komplett und informieren Sie uns per E-Mail darüber.
- Sie bekommen abschließend die erweiterte Anmeldebestätigung per E-Mail, die Sie bei der Botschaft vorlegen können.

Here you can find our -> current courses offerings (intensive courses).
The intensive courses and the super-intensive courses include at least 20 lessions per week. This means they meet the requirements for a language course visa (national visa type D). Please check with the responsible embassy/consulate for the exact conditions.
After the registrations and payment of the course fees, we are happy to create a confirmation for the desired period (maximum 1 year).
The VHS Oldenburg cannot guarantee that the registration confirmation will be accepted by German embassies/consulates. Please allow sufficient time for the visa application process.
If you are unable to arrive as planned, please inform us by email before the course begins. We can then reschedule your registration. You may also cancel your registration, in which case an administrative fee of 25€ will be charged. The remaining course fees will be transferred back to you.
How to register:
- Please fill out this form.
- You will receive a simple registration confirmaton with payment information for the course fee by email.
- Please pay the course fee in full and inform us by email once you have done so.
- You will then receive the extended registration confirmation by email, which you can present to the embassy.

Die VHS Oldenburg verfügt über keine Unterkünfte und kann keine Unterkünfte vermitteln.
Falls Sie nicht rechtzeitig zum Kursbeginn kommen können, informieren Sie uns bitte vor Kursbeginn per E-Mail. Dann können wir den Kursbeginn verschieben oder Ihre Anmeldung stornieren und die Gebühr zurückerstatten.

If you are unable to arrive in time for the start of the course, please inform us by email before the course begins. We can then postpone the start of the course or cancel your registration and refund the fee.
